It is not recommended that neat essential oils are stored in plastic containers as some essential oils can break down petrochemicals such as plastics. For safe storage and to ensure your essential oils are not affected by such chemicals, it is recommended that they be stored in glass containers. However, essential oils that are heavily diluted in a carrier or, for example, in soaps, creams, cleaning fluids, etc., may be stored safely in the plastic containers that we stock as we are very considerate of the containers we supply, which are only of the highest grade of plastics. Rest assured, we have done this research for you and supply products selected specifically with the end-user in mind.

Due to manufacturing tolerances, the ball inside our rollerballs can vary very, very slightly. This minute variance can sometimes result in rollerballs that are either a little tight and not allowing as much even flow, or a little too loose which then results in a heavier flow. Occasionally, if the roller is a little tight, all that is needed is firm agitation to the roller with the thumb or by rolling it in the palm of the hand to lubricate the ball.
