Online Ordering:
Making a purchase is easy. Simply browse our categories or use the search facility and menus at the top of the page until you find what you want, then click "Add to Basket". A running total and summary of your order will be displayed in your basket as you continue to browse our website. You can add or remove more items at any time. After you have finished selecting your desired items, click on the small basket at the top right and then "View Basket or Checkout". You will then be asked to fill in some details we require to process your order. You will then be directed to our secure payment provider where you will be asked to fill in your payment details. We do not currently accept orders over the telephone, however, if you require assistance or wish to place a bulk order please email us at hallo@eosupplies.nl.

Shipping Netherlands:
We offer a fast shipping service for items in stock, with competitive postal rates for parcels up to 10kg.

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days, excluding Dutch public holidays and weekends (our warehouse is closed on weekends). If you want to opt for a special delivery service, please note that our couriers pick up around midday. Orders must be processed before 11:00 AM for same-day shipping via this service, and we ask you to contact our office to confirm that our warehouse can meet your requirements. We do not offer next-day service unless you have contacted our office to check if our couriers have already picked up.

You can choose the desired shipping option:

• "Personal pickup" from an event we are attending or at Gudumholm 36, 2133 HH Hoofddorp – we ask you to email us to arrange a suitable collection date/time). If we are attending an event and you wish to pre-order your items, please select this option at checkout and note it in the comments field.

• POSTNL.NL

European & International Shipping:
We ship throughout Europe and internationally, and shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel being sent, plus a nominal charge for packaging materials. The cost for parcels up to 2kg is listed on the delivery costs page above.

Please note: all shipments outside of the Netherlands may be subject to import duties and VAT in the destination country according to local regulations (check your country's rules for personal purchase thresholds). These costs are the responsibility of the customer receiving the delivery. The courier/shipping agent will contact you for payment before delivery takes place. Pay close attention to communication from the local agent. In case of returns/refusals of packages due to non-payment of customs duties, shipping costs will not be refunded, and a restocking fee of €5 will be charged to the order.
