Once per order

Shipping costs are calculated once per order. Regardless of the number of items you order, a fixed contribution to shipping costs will be charged. For many items, discounts apply when purchasing multiple units. It is therefore worthwhile to order several different items, or larger quantities of the same item, at the same time.

Fast delivery

Your order will always be shipped as soon as possible. Insured express shipping is standard. Your order will be delivered to you by courier during business hours. Stock items are generally shipped the next business day, but depending on the processing time, this may take an extra day. The part of the order that is not immediately available will be delivered later free of charge.

Why no free shipping?

Our carriers naturally also charge shipping costs to Essential Oil Supplies Netherlands. These costs will have to be paid in one way or another. Most web shops, which do offer free shipping, pass these costs on in the selling prices. In this way, it seems that no shipping costs are charged to customers, but by increasing the selling prices, customers ultimately pay for them anyway. We do not think this is fair and prefer to be open and transparent. By charging a realistic contribution to the shipping costs, we keep our selling prices competitive for everyone.
