We are excited to introduce you to our MyMakes: Aroma Yoga collection, part of the Essential Knowledge Series.

MyMakes are recipe and information booklets with thematic wellness goals that support various needs within the family. Each set includes a booklet with at least 10 blend recipes, tips, safety information, and usage instructions. Additionally, the set also contains a sticker sheet with labels and cap stickers for each blend in the booklet.

Essential oils can enhance your yoga experience by supporting the well-being of body, mind, and soul. This collection of blends is specially formulated to promote breathing, posture, and meditation, taking your yoga practice to a higher level.

We have designed a unique multi-use label that you can adapt to bottles of different sizes. You can easily cut the labels to size for a sample bottle, room spray, or roller. They are also suitable for reuse on 5ml and 15ml essential oil bottles with a fine mister or roller-top.

Basil, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cedarwood, Cypress, Fennel, Geranium, Ginger, Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram, Patchouli, Peppermint, Petitgrain, Rosemary, Vetiver, (Wild) Orange, Ylang Ylang.

We do our best to keep our recipes and products as brand-independent as possible by using single essential oils. However, it may happen that occasionally a specific oil or ready-made blend is included that you might recognize from another well-known brand – these we have indicated in italics. Don't worry: for almost every oil, a comparable alternative can be found via Google.
