We are excited to introduce our MyMakes: Teen Support collection, from the Essential Knowledge collection.

MyMakes is a collection of recipes and information brochures providing thematic wellness goals to meet the various needs of families. Each kit includes a brochure containing at least 10 blend recipes, tips, tricks, and safety information, as well as usage advice. A sheet of labels and cap stickers also accompanies each recipe.

We are what we consume, and teenagers are no exception. In addition to supporting them nutritionally, you can support them daily with natural solutions. Teenagers face many social, emotional, and physical changes, not to mention physical changes and social pressure. This transition can lead to hormonal adjustments, aches and discomfort, not to mention the many emotional adjustments required for entering adulthood. Essential oils can be used to support many of these aspects.

MyMakes are ideal for complementing your use of essential oils, or for training your clients during workshops or events. They can then take home the brochure and remaining labels to encourage them to use their essential oils more. Workshop kits are available, including 10 brochures and 10 sheets of labels. We have created a unique multi-purpose label that you can use as suggested in the brochure, or on bottles of different sizes, depending on your needs. Perhaps you want to create a half-bottle for a sample or a room spray? The labels can be cut with scissors to fit different bottles, as illustrated and indicated on the label sheet.

We love to recycle and reuse, which is why we have also ensured that you can cut the labels to fit your 5 and 15 ml essential oil bottles, then cover them with a fine mist sprayer or a rollerball cap.
